It's been a while!

To my blog...I'm so sorry to have been neglecting you so much. Life has been busy, kids are back in school, brand new baby, trying to build my Etsy shop, etc. From now on I'm going to really try to spend more time with you.

First things first, you need a facelift. I will soon be upgrading your face to match those of my Etsy Shop (snappigirlcreations.etsy.com), Facebook (Facebook.com/SnappiGirlCreations) and Twitter (@snappicreations) pages. Uniformity is key you know! Snappi Girl Creations is bright and cheery, with sunflowers and blue lettering, made to look like a sunshiny day. You will soon match!

Next, it's time to revamp your content! Up until now, you've just been there as a place for me to "doodle" online. As soon as the makeover is complete, you will be more like my crafting companion. I will use you to show more of my crafting and things that I'm doing for my Etsy shop. I will post pictures of "Works in Progress", finished products, ideas, etc.

Like I said, I'm so sorry for the neglect, hopefully you can find it in your heart to forgive me!!

Finally...I can make my own envelopes!!

Ok, that might not mean as much to some people as it does to me, however, I've been looking for a tutorial for making envelopes for my note cards forEVER!! I finally found one tonight that is super easy and cute! Now I can send envelopes along with my notecards and have added that to my descriptions on Etsy! Yeah. More Notecards

These are some more notecards that I've made recently. They are so cute but still masculine enough to send a thank you to a male co-worker or include a love note in your husbands lunch.

New Blog Layout

I'm currently in the process of changing my blog. Right now I'm just getting a new look with a fresh background, header, etc. I'm not really changing the layout, but I may do that later. I also may change the name of my blog...or just start another one!! I'd really like to keep one space for information about my kids and family and a completely different space for my card making. I'd really like to start trying to sell my cards on Etsy and would like to post about those ventures. We'll see!!

Either way, it's still a work in progress, sorry if it looks ugly in the meantime!!
